摘要:通過單因素分析臭氧質量濃度和臭氧處理時間、小麥水分含量對臭氧處理降解小麥中嘔吐毒素的影響,并通過正交試驗優(yōu)化臭氧降解小麥中嘔吐毒素的工藝參數(shù)。結果表明:嘔吐毒素含量隨著臭氧質量濃度、臭氧處理時間和小麥水分含量的增加均顯著降低(P

Abstract: The effects of ozone concentration, ozone treatment time and wheat moisture content on the degradation of vomit toxin in wheat were analyzed by single factor, and the process parameters of ozone degradation of vomit toxin in wheat were optimized by orthogonal test.
