Quantitative Research on Talent Introduction Policy in Sichuan-Chongqing Region Based on PMC Index Model

Abstract:High-quality talent is the dynamic subject in achieving Chinese-style modernization and pro moting high-quality development. Based on text mining of 61 talent recruitment policies in the SichuanChongqing region,this paper applies the PMC index model to quantitatively assess these policies. The research findings indicate that while the talent recruitment policies in the Sichuan-Chongqing region generally perform well,there is stillroom for improvement. The proportion of cities with policies rated as excellent is insuficient,and there is a need for further optimization in areas such as policy coordination among stakeholders, policy focus,and incentive mechanisms. In the future, the SichuanChongqing region should strengthen collaborative cooperation between policy subjects, enrich the service measures for talent recruitment,and scientifically develop a conducive environment for talent growth, ultimately enhancing policy effectiveness to promote the aggregation of talent in the region.
