Human-Machine Collaboration Promotes the Cultivation of College Students’ Innovative Ability : Value,Approach and Challenge

Abstract:Under the strategic backdrop of comprehensive deepening of reform and modernization of education,in response to the current practical issues existing in higher education, such as weak innovation consciousness and insuficient innovation impetus,this paper systematically investigates the empowerment mechanism of the human-machinecollaboration mode in fostering the innovation ability of college students. It unveils the distinctive value of human-machine collboration in breaking through the limitations of traditional educational paradigms: deepening innovative thinking by expanding cognitive boundaries through intellgent technologies,optimizing the innovation process through data-driven approaches to enhance practical efficacy, and nurturing the group innovation ecosystem via human-machine collaboration mechanisms. Based on the value analysis framework,the article constructs a thre-dimensional implementation path,which includes the establishment of an interdisciplinary curiculum system,the innovation of educational and teaching methods,and the construction of a multi-dimensional practical platform. Meanwhile, it proposes strategies such as critical thinking training, stepwise cultivation of human-machine collaboration capabilities,and the establishment of a multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism to effectively tackle practical challenges like technology dependence and insuficient human-machine adaptability. The human-machine collaborative innovation cultivation model not only provides a systematic solution to the botleneck in the development of college students’ innovation ability,but also,while promoting the escalation of individual innovation literacy,reserves crucial talent resources for supporting the national innovation-driven development strategy and social intelligent transformation.
