Abstract:Theeffctsofdiffrentadditivesandprocessconditionsonthepropertiesofcopperfoilpreparedby electrodepositionereinvestigated.Inheproessofopperfilpreparationbylectrodepositiomethodsingleaditivecollgen, hydroxyethylcellose,andacombinationofaditiveswereusedtoverifyteefectsofaditivesontheroughnessandtensile propertiesofcopperfoilAtthesametime,thecurrentdensityandtemperatureintheprocessconditionswerechangedtoverify theinfluenceofdiferentprocessconditionsonthepropertiesofcopperfoil.Theresultsshowthattheaditionofadditivescan reduce theroughness of copper foil and improve its tensile strength.The best combination of additives is 0.1g/L collagen, 0.6g/L (20 hydroxyethyl cellulose and 0.2g/L polydisulfide sodium.When the current density is 5A/dm2 and the temperature is 298K ,the microstructure of theprepared copper foil is good,which meets therequirements of lithium-ion battery.
