Abstract:Toaddress thechallengesofabstract theoriesandlimitedpracticaloportunitiesingravityexploration teaching,a visualization-basedgravityforwardsimulationexperimentsystemwasdesignedandimplemented.Thesystemsupports parameterizedsetingsfortwotypicalgeologicalmodls:sphericalandhorizontalcylindricalbodies.Itenables3Dvisualization modelingofsubsurfacedensityanomalybodies,flexibleconfigurationofsurveylinelayouts,anddynamiccalculationanddisplay ofgravityanomalies.Byadjustingexperimentalparameters,theinfluenceoffactorssuchasthegeometricpositionofsubsurface densityanomalybodies,surveylinelayouts,densitycontrast,andburialdepthonthedistributioncharacteristicsofgravity anomalieswasinvestigated.Theexperimentalresultsdemonstratethatthesystemefectivelyenhancesstudents’understandigof gravityforwardtheory,providingan innovativeexperimentaltoolforgeophysics teaching withsignificanteducational value.
