Abstract:Inordertoimprovemaintenanceeficiencyandreducetheimpactofmaintenanceoperationsonresidents‘daily use,the"softfoundationstrongsurface"structurewastriedontheroadwhich wasdamagedduringtheheavyloadconstruction periodbuttherewouldbeonlylighttraffcloadsduringnormaluse.AcordingtoHDPS2O017verification，the"flexible foundatiostrongsurface"structurecanmeetthe1O-yearservicerequirementsofmoderatetraffcintensityloads.Therubberand plasticcomposite modferRPwasusedtoenhance theasphaltmixtureofupperlayerandmiddlelayer whichresulted ina dynamic stability of over 1O OOO cycles/mm for the upper layer modified asphalt AC-16 + rubber-plastic composite modifier and over 8 OoO cycles/mm for the middle layer modified asphalt AC- 25+ rubber-plastic composite modifier asphalt mixture at 70‰ andO.7MPa.The"softfoundationstrongsurface"structurehas benappliedonYuanboyuan South Road,andafter beingtested in hot and rainy summers,no diseases have been found.
