Abstract:Duetothelackofresearchontheconversionmethodsforplanningbasicdatainthe2oNationalGeodetic Coordinate System,thispaperusestheconversionofplaning basicdatainZhuzhouCitytothe2OooNationalGeodetic CoordinateSystemasanexample.Itprovidesadetailedintroductiontothemethodandprocessofconvertingplanmngbasicdata fromtheXi'an GeodeticCoordinateSystem198OtotheNational GeodeticCoordinateSystem200.Thepaperfocusesonthe dificultiesencounteredduringtheconversionoftheCAD-basedtopographicdatabaseandthesolutionsadopted.Thisstudyaims toprovideasolutionstrategyforthehistoricalproblemofinconsistentcoordinatesystemsandnon-uniformresultsinplaning basicdata.Italsoofersreliablesupportfortheconstructionoffoundationaldataforlandspatialplaning，naturalresource management,andeinformatizationofaturalresourcs.Aditionalyitprovidesexperienceandreferenceforsimilarojectsn other regions across the country.
