Abstract:Asanimportant model tomeettheserviceneedsof mostelderlypeople,communityhome-basedelderlycarehas problemsinperationsuchasserioushomogenizationofservices,failuretofullymeetheindividualneesoftheelderly，and imbalanceofsupplyanddemand.Theseproblemsnotonlyweakentheatractivenessofservices,butalsohinderthefullrelease ofpotentialserviceneedsoftheelderly，afectingtheoverallefectivenessofelderlycareservicesandthesatisfactionofthe elderlyswell-eing.Teintroductionandaplicationofdigitalinteligencetechnologycanmakeupfortheshortcomingsinthis regard.ThisarticlefocusesonanalyzingtheaplicationsuggestionsofIteretofThingstechnolog，userportraittechnologyand digitalenvironmenttechnologyinhomecareinsmartcommunities，anddiscusesthepracticalpathof"digitalintelligence"to empowersmartelderlycareservices.Itishopedthattheresearchresultswillhelptheelderlycareindustrybreakthroughthe dilemmaofmodels，explorebeterwaystointegratedigitalintellgencetechnologyandelderlycare,andprovidenewperspectives for China's elderlypeople to live a high-quality cared-for elderly life.
