Abstract:Lithiumbaterycopperfoilisanimportantcomponentthataffectstheperformanceof lithiumbaterysystems.In itsproductionprocess，disolvedcopprfeding isakeylink.Thetraditional processusesmanualoperation,whichhas shortcomingssuchashighlaborintensity，lowefciency，andpooreconomicbenefits.Throughthetransformationofthe construction processandthenewdesignofthecranehoistingacessory，thispaperdesignsasetofinteligentchargingsystem forlithiumbaterycopperfoildissolvedcopper，andcarriesoutanexampletransformationandupgrade.Theadvantagesofthis systemare:Intellgentcontrolmakesthefeeding processmorestableandreliable,andreducesinterferencefromhumanfactors. Real-timepersonnelidentificationintheworkareaandsafetyinterlockingwithintellgentsystemsaswellassafetymeasures suchasemergencystopbutons，efectivelyensurethesafetyofoperators.Highlyprecisemeasuringequipmentandoptimized fedingprocessimproveproductioneficiencyandreduceproductioncosts.Theinteligentcontrolsystemcanmonitorthe operatingstatusofcoppermeltingequipmentinrealtime,discoverandhandleabnormalconditionsinatimelymaner，and ensurecontinuityandstabiltyintheproductionprocessThissystemisafedingsystemprocessthatintegratesoperatiosafety andhighefciencyandisofgreatsignificancetoimprovingtheproductionqualityandeficiencyoflithiumbatterycopperfoil.
