摘  要：該文主要就石羊河流域水資源利用的空間布局及協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃展開探究，分析當(dāng)前流域水資源利用現(xiàn)存問題。針對其存在的影響因素，制定出更為高效的空間布局及協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃方案，旨在解決用水矛盾突出問題，平衡用水需求，構(gòu)建完善的管理體系，提高區(qū)域綜合產(chǎn)業(yè)能力，致力于打造節(jié)水型的社會。

Abstract： This paper mainly probes into the spatial layout and coordinated planning of water resources utilization in Shiyang River Basin， analyzes the existing problems of water resources utilization in Shiyang River Basin， and works out a more efficient spatial layout and coordinated planning scheme in view of its existing influencing factors. The aim of this study is to solve the outstanding problems of water use， balance water demand， build a perfect management system， improve regional comprehensive industrial capacity， and strive to build a water-saving society.

石羊河流域不僅是西北地區(qū)的糧食生產(chǎn)基地，同時也是河西走廊的第三大內(nèi)陸河流域，通過開展石羊河流域水資源利用空間布局與協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃工作，有效改善流域的生態(tài)環(huán)境，避免其出現(xiàn)土地沙漠化等問題。（剩余5122字）
