轉(zhuǎn)體梁營業(yè)線轉(zhuǎn)體施工的安全質(zhì)量管理研究

摘  要：轉(zhuǎn)體梁施工技術(shù)在新建鐵路跨越營運(yùn)鐵路過程中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。該文以某新建鐵路設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)體梁上跨京滬鐵路營業(yè)線為例，從施工重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)以及安全角度，對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)體梁施工的組織架構(gòu)、安全措施、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控等進(jìn)行探討，以保證轉(zhuǎn)體梁施工的安全性和效益。該文旨在為類似工程施工的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Abstract： The construction technology of rotating beam is widely used in the process of new railway crossing the operating railway. This paper takes a new railway design swivel beam over the Beijing-Shanghai railway business line as an example. From the perspective of construction difficulties and safety， the organizational structure， safety measures and risk management and control of swivel beam construction are discussed to ensure the safety and efficiency of swivel beam construction. This paper aims to provide reference for the optimization design of similar engineering construction.
