海洋平臺(tái)振動(dòng)噪聲分析

摘 要:該文介紹振動(dòng)噪聲分析的內(nèi)容,并以某海洋平臺(tái)為例,對(duì)平臺(tái)主機(jī)基座結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析和平臺(tái)艙室噪聲分析。分析結(jié)果表明,主機(jī)基座結(jié)構(gòu)的固有頻率完全超出主機(jī)的頻率范圍,主機(jī)基礎(chǔ)能夠避免與主機(jī)發(fā)生共振,且平臺(tái)艙室噪聲均能夠滿足規(guī)范要求。此外文中還給出減振降噪設(shè)計(jì)方案。

Abstract: This paper introduces the content of vibration and noise analysis, and takes an offshore platform as an example to carry out modal analysis and platform cabin noise analysis of the main engine base structure of the platform. The analysis results show that the natural frequency of the mainframe base structure is completely beyond the frequency range of the mainframe, the mainframe foundation can avoid resonance with the mainframe, and the noise of the platform cabin can meet the requirements of the specification. The design scheme of vibration and noise reduction is also given in this foreign language.

目前海洋平臺(tái)及船舶的振動(dòng)噪聲問(wèn)題得到了很大的關(guān)注,船舶的振動(dòng)噪聲過(guò)大對(duì)船員健康、設(shè)備和結(jié)構(gòu)性能都會(huì)造成一定的危害和破壞,因此設(shè)計(jì)人員需要在海洋平臺(tái)及船舶在設(shè)計(jì)階段對(duì)可能發(fā)生的振動(dòng)噪聲現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重程度作出評(píng)估,以便采取適當(dāng)?shù)脑O(shè)計(jì)措施,使實(shí)際海洋平臺(tái)和船舶振動(dòng)噪聲降至國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限度以內(nèi),同時(shí)可降低后期的減振降噪改造成本,可以看出船舶振動(dòng)噪聲分析在項(xiàng)目的整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程都發(fā)揮至關(guān)重要的作用。(剩余3298字)
