Abstract： Digital economy represents the vitality of the new industrial economy. Digital transformation is an important driving force for the upgrading and reform of cigarette factories in the new era. This paper aims to analyze and study the concept， value and application scenario of digital twin technology， and discuss the implementation path and basic work of establishing digital twin factory in cigarette industry enterprises， so as to provide useful ideas and Countermeasures for promoting the digital transformation of cigarette factory.
