摘要：電子信息專業(yè)學位屬于基礎與牽引相結合的專業(yè)學位既需要在專業(yè)內部加大實踐教學力度又需要與外部企業(yè)加強延伸因此采用產教融合模式培養(yǎng)電子信息專業(yè)學位研究生是必然之路首先文章從“企業(yè)”“高?！薄把芯可比嚼娉霭l(fā)分析了電子信息專業(yè)研究生產教融合聯合培養(yǎng)的沖突現狀其次通過捋順“企業(yè)”“高校”“研究生”三者間的需求協調各方關系勾連三方利益給出三方共贏的產教融合研究生聯合培養(yǎng)基地運行模式最后針對區(qū)域需求差異制定特色產教融合方案討論了產業(yè)需求如何牽引人才培養(yǎng)

Research on construction of a joint training base for postgraduates integrating production and education for professional degree postgraduates ——Taking electronic information professional degree as an example

Abstract：Electronic information professional degree is a professional degree com bining foundation and traction. It not only needs to deepen practical tteaching within the specialty， but also needs to strengthen extension with external fields. Therefore， to train graduate students majoring in electronic information， the integration mode from industryand education is the inevitable way. First of all， starting from the interests of "enterprises""universities" and"graduate students"， the conflict status of the integration of industry and education formaster's degree students majoring in electronic information is analyzed. Secondly， by smoothing the needs of“enterprises”“universities” and “graduate students”， we coordinate the relationshiip between all parties， connect the interests of the three parties， and give the operation mode of thethree-way win-win joint training base for graduate students. Finally， in view of the differences in regional demand， a characteristic industry-education integration plan was formulated， and how industrial demand can drive talent training.
