品管圈活動在提高血液透析下機操作規(guī)范性中的應(yīng)用效果評價

【摘要】目的：探討與評價品管圈活動在提高血液透析下機操作規(guī)范性中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：研究時間為2023年3月—2023年8月，選擇在江蘇省鹽城市大豐人民醫(yī)院血液透析科工作的24名護理人員作為研究對象。從2023年3月開始實施品管圈活動質(zhì)量管理，觀察與記錄血液透析下機操作規(guī)范性。結(jié)果：品管圈活動質(zhì)量管理后護理人員的手衛(wèi)生、密閉式回血、機器表面消毒、廢液排放、拔穿刺針、機器內(nèi)部消毒等不規(guī)范性為6.97%，顯著低于品管圈活動質(zhì)量管理前的15.15%（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore and evaluate the application effect of quality control circle activities in improving the standardization of hemodialysis offline operation.Methods：The research period was from March 2023 to August 2023，and 24 nursing staff working in the hemodialysis department of Dafeng People’s Hospital，Yancheng City，Jiangsu were selected as the research subjects.The hospital had been implementing quality management of quality control circle activities since March 2022，the standardization of blood dialysis offline operation were observed and recorded.Results：After the quality management of quality control circle activities，the non standardization of nurses’ hand hygiene，closed blood return，machine surface disinfection，waste liquid discharge，puncture needle extraction and machine internal disinfection was 6.97%，significantly lower than 15.15% before the quality management of quality control circle activities （P
