中醫(yī)康復(fù)護(hù)理對(duì)腦梗死偏癱患者肢體功能恢復(fù)及生活質(zhì)量的影響分析

【摘要】目的：分析中醫(yī)康復(fù)護(hù)理對(duì)腦梗死偏癱患者肢體功能恢復(fù)及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法：研究對(duì)象是2020年1月—2022年12月我院收治的80例腦卒中偏癱患者，以隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其均分為A組與B組，每組40例，分別給予常規(guī)康復(fù)護(hù)理干預(yù)及中醫(yī)康復(fù)護(hù)理干預(yù)，并對(duì)兩組康復(fù)效果展開對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果：干預(yù)前，兩組肢體運(yùn)動(dòng)功能、生活自理能力及生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分對(duì)比無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，P>0.05；干預(yù)后，兩組肢體運(yùn)動(dòng)功能、生活自理能力及生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分均提升，且B組上述評(píng)分均高于A組，有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of TCM rehabilitation nursing on limb function recovery and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarctionhemiplegia.Methods：The study subjects were 80 stroke hemiplegia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.They were evenly divided into group A and group B using the random number table method，with 40 cases in each group.They were given conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention and TCM rehabilitation nursing intervention，respectively，and the rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：Before intervention，there was no statistically significant difference in physical movement function，self-care ability and quality of life scores between the two groups，P>0.05；After intervention，the scores of physical movement function，self-care ability and quality of life in both groups improved，and the above scores in group B were higher than those in group A，with statistical significance，P
