【摘要】目的：研究肝癌肝動(dòng)脈栓塞術(shù)后護(hù)理對(duì)策。方法：擇取在本院進(jìn)行肝動(dòng)脈栓塞術(shù)治療的280例肝癌患者，接收時(shí)間段介于2021年1月—2023年1月。通過(guò)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者均分為兩組，對(duì)照組140例實(shí)施常規(guī)術(shù)后護(hù)理，觀察組140例實(shí)施綜合護(hù)理。比較兩組的干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果：觀察組術(shù)后12、24及48h的NRS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，干預(yù)后的血清TBIL、AST及ALT水平均低于對(duì)照組，并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組，術(shù)后恢復(fù)情況優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Analysis of postoperative nursing strategies for liver cancer patients undergoing hepatic artery embolization

【Abstract】Objective：To study the nursing strategies after hepatic artery embolization for liver cancer.Methods：280 liver cancer patients who underwent hepatic artery embolization treatment in our hospital were selected，with a receiving period from January 2021 to January 2023.Patients were evenly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group consisted of 140 patients who received routine postoperative care，while the observation group consisted of 140 patients who received comprehensive care.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The NRS scores of the observation group at 12h，24h and 48h after operation were lower than those of the control group，the levels of serum TBIL，AST and ALT after intervention were lower than those of the control group，the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group，and the postoperative recovery was better than that of the control group，with statistical significance（P
