【摘要】目的：探討在小兒急性高熱驚厥中實(shí)施細(xì)致化護(hù)理的干預(yù)效果。方法：選擇急性高熱驚厥患兒共計(jì)150例，收治時(shí)間為2021年11月—2023年11月，入組患兒的分組方式以不同干預(yù)方案為參考依據(jù)，各75例，對(duì)照組患兒實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，研究組患兒在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上開展細(xì)致化護(hù)理，對(duì)比兩組干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，研究組患兒家長(zhǎng)健康知識(shí)掌握度評(píng)分升高優(yōu)勢(shì)較對(duì)照組更加明顯（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the intervention effect of implementing meticulous nursing in pediatric acute febrile seizures.
