精細(xì)化護(hù)理在肺炎患兒中的應(yīng)用效果觀察

【摘要】目的：分析精細(xì)化護(hù)理在肺炎患兒中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取我院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的80例肺炎患兒，隨機(jī)將其分成兩組。對照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采取精細(xì)化護(hù)理。比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理前，兩組的咳嗽、食欲不振、喘憋和呼吸困難評分比較無明顯差異（P>0.05）；護(hù)理后，兩組的咳嗽、食欲不振、喘憋和呼吸困難評分均明顯降低（P0.05）；護(hù)理后，兩組的FEV1/FVC、MVV、MMF和PEF均得到明顯改善（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application effect of fine nursing in children with pneumonia.Methods：80 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing，and the observation group received fine nursing.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.
