【摘要】目的：觀察剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦實(shí)施精細(xì)化護(hù)理模式對(duì)其泌乳始動(dòng)時(shí)間及術(shù)后恢復(fù)情況的影響。方法：選取2021年1月—2023年5月期間本院就診的60例剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦，隨機(jī)將其分為兩組，每組30例，對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理，實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用精細(xì)化護(hù)理模式，比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，相較于對(duì)照組，實(shí)驗(yàn)組術(shù)后恢復(fù)指標(biāo)更優(yōu)，

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the impact of implementing refined nursing mode on lactation initiation time and postoperative recovery of parturient women in cesarean section.Methods：60 cesarean section parturients who visited our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups，with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，and the experimental group received refined nursing mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After nursing，compared with the control group，the experimental group had better postoperative recovery indexes，a higher proportion of lactation initiation time
