【摘要】目的：探究在臨床輸血檢驗(yàn)中引入卡式微柱凝膠試驗(yàn)的效果。方法：選取2022年3月—2023年2月我院收治的300例行輸血治療的患者，所有患者均行卡式微柱凝膠試驗(yàn)與低離子凝聚胺試驗(yàn)，以最終輸血治療結(jié)果為“金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”，比較兩種檢驗(yàn)方法的檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果、檢驗(yàn)效能及檢驗(yàn)時(shí)間。結(jié)果：卡式微柱凝膠試驗(yàn)的主側(cè)和次側(cè)符合率均比低離子凝聚胺試驗(yàn)要高（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of the introduction of cartridge microcolumn gel test in clinical blood transfusion test.
