【摘要】目的：分析腹腔鏡闌尾切除術(shù)在急性闌尾炎治療中的臨床應用價值。方法：選取我院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的70例急性闌尾炎患者，隨機將其分成兩組。對照組行開腹手術(shù)，觀察組行腹腔鏡闌尾切除術(shù)。比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：觀察組的切口感染、腹脹、腹腔膿腫、腸粘連和便秘等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組（P0.05）；術(shù)后，兩組的血清IL-6、CRP、PCT和TNF-α水平均明顯升高（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical application value of laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis.
