【摘要】目的：探討對結(jié)腸癌術(shù)后患者實施早期腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)聯(lián)合腸外營養(yǎng)的效果。方法：選取我院2019年6月—2020年6月收治的86例結(jié)腸癌術(shù)后患者作為研究對象，將患者分為實驗組和對照組，每組43例患者，對照組實施單純腸外營養(yǎng)，實驗組實施早期腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)聯(lián)合腸外營養(yǎng)，比較兩組患者的營養(yǎng)指標及康復情況。結(jié)果：術(shù)后，兩組患者的各項營養(yǎng)指標均有所下降，且實驗組的血紅蛋白、總蛋白、白蛋白和前白蛋白等指標均優(yōu)于對照組，數(shù)據(jù)差異顯著，P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition combined with parenteral nutrition on postoperative patients with colon cancer.Methods：86 postoperative patients with colon cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group，with 43 patients in each group.The control group received simple parenteral nutrition，while the experimental group received early enteral nutrition combined with parenteral nutrition.The nutritional indicators and rehabilitation status of the two groups of patients were compared.Results：After operation，the nutritional indexes of both groups decreased，and the indexes of hemoglobin，total protein，albumin and prealbumin of the experimental group were better than those of the control group，the data differences were significant （P
