【摘要】目的：探討射頻消融治療房室折返性心動(dòng)過速（AVRT）的臨床效果和安全性。方法：回顧性分析我院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的80例AVRT患者的臨床資料，其中40例接受射頻消融治療（研究組），40例接受藥物治療（對(duì)照組）。比較兩組患者的心動(dòng)過速發(fā)作頻率、心率、血壓以及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：治療后，研究組患者心動(dòng)過速發(fā)作頻率、持續(xù)時(shí)間、心率以及血壓均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分明顯高于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia （AVRT）.Methods：A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 AVRT patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.Among them，40patients received radiofrequency ablation treatment （the study group） and 40patients received medication treatment （the control group）.The frequency of tachycardia attacks，heart rate，blood pressure and quality of life between the two groups of patients were compared.Results：After treatment，the frequency and duration of tachycardia attacks，heart rate and blood pressure in the study group were better than those in the control group，and the quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group （P
