【摘要】目的：研究消化道潰瘍患者采取針對性護理對幽門螺旋桿菌根除率的影響。方法：選取我院2022年2月—2023年2月期間收治的92例消化道潰瘍患者為研究對象，隨機將其分為兩組，每組46例。對照組運用常規(guī)護理，觀察組運用針對性護理，對比兩組護理效果。結果：對照組幽門螺旋桿菌根除率為78.26%，顯著低于觀察組的95.65%（P0.05）；護理后，兩組患者的SAS評分與SDS評分均有所下降，且觀察組SAS評分與SDS評分均低于對照組（P
