【摘要】目的：探討集束化護(hù)理干預(yù)在神經(jīng)外科非人工氣道老年患者上呼吸道管理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取我院2022年1月—2023年4月收治的58例非人工氣道患者，隨機(jī)將其分為兩組，每組29例，對照組采用常規(guī)上呼吸道管理，觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上采用集束化護(hù)理干預(yù)，對比兩組排痰狀況、血?dú)庵笜?biāo)以及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，觀察組排痰量及排痰難度評分均低于對照組，P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application effect of cluster nursing intervention in the management of upper respiratory tract in elderly patients with non-artificial airway in neurosurgery.Methods：58 non-artificial airway patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups，with29 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional upper respiratory tract management，and the observation group adopted cluster nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The status of sputum excretion，blood gas indicators and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.
