腔內(nèi)激光聯(lián)合點(diǎn)式剝脫法治療下肢靜脈曲張的療效評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】目的：重點(diǎn)討論下肢靜脈曲張?jiān)谥委煏r(shí)選擇腔內(nèi)激光聯(lián)合點(diǎn)式剝脫法的效果。方法：2022年1月—2023年6月，選擇100例下肢靜脈曲張患者作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組，采取腔內(nèi)激光聯(lián)合點(diǎn)式剝脫法治療；另選同期100例下肢靜脈曲張患者作為參照組，采取大隱靜脈剝脫術(shù)治療。比較兩組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果：治療后，兩組治療總有效率、VCSS評(píng)分、CIVIQ評(píng)分及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率對(duì)比有差異（P
