【摘要】目的：探究PDCA模式在燒傷整形科護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：研究時(shí)間為2022年6月—2023年5月，選擇此期間我院收治的共計(jì)62例燒傷整形患者為研究對(duì)象。采用隨機(jī)數(shù)表法將患者分組，每組31例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采用PDCA模式護(hù)理。比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，觀察組創(chuàng)傷后成長(zhǎng)評(píng)定量表各項(xiàng)評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application effect of PDCA model in nursing quality management of burn and plastic surgery department.Methods：The study period was from June 2022 to May 2023.A total of 62 patients with burn and plastic surgery admitted to our hospital during this period were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method，with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，while the observation group received PDCA mode nursing.
