【摘要】目的：探究加速康復(fù)外科理念在老年胃癌患者圍術(shù)期的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取我院2022年4月—2023年4月收治的56例老年胃癌患者，采用隨機(jī)抽樣原則分組，分別實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理（對(duì)照組）與加速康復(fù)外科護(hù)理（研究組），比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：研究組首次排氣時(shí)間、首次下床活動(dòng)時(shí)間及住院時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，住院費(fèi)用低于對(duì)照組，P
