【摘要】目的：探究腹腔鏡小兒疝囊高位結(jié)扎術(shù)圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理中給予快速康復(fù)外科理念的價(jià)值。方法：選取我院2021年1月—2022年7月行腹腔鏡疝囊高位結(jié)扎術(shù)的28例患兒，采用隨機(jī)抽樣原則進(jìn)行分組，分別實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理（對(duì)照組）與快速康復(fù)外科護(hù)理（研究組），比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，研究組復(fù)蘇時(shí)間、腸道排氣時(shí)間及住院時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the value of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric hernia sac.Methods：Twenty-eight children who underwent laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in our hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the principle of random sampling.Routine nursing （the control group） and rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing （the study group） were administered respectively，and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After nursing，the recovery time，intestinal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group，with statistically significant differences，P
