【摘要】目的：分析當(dāng)歸四逆湯對糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變的治療效果及對中醫(yī)癥狀評分的影響。方法：2018年9月—2021年8月，從本院收治的糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變中選取72例，利用隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分兩組。對照組實(shí)施常規(guī)治療，試驗(yàn)組實(shí)施當(dāng)歸四逆湯治療，比較兩組治療情況。結(jié)果：試驗(yàn)組治療總有效率為94.44%，明顯高于對照組77.78%（P0.05）；治療后，兩組上述評分均低于治療前（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the therapeutic effect of Danggui Sini decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its effect on TCM symptom score. 糖尿病是一種常見代謝性疾病，患者發(fā)病后需要終身接受治療，且糖尿病患者容易合并多種并發(fā)癥，嚴(yán)重威脅其身體健康狀況，其中糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變較為常見，發(fā)病后患者出現(xiàn)肢體麻木、肢體疼痛等情況，隨著病程延長，病變受累面積變大，嚴(yán)重時(shí)出現(xiàn)灼燒樣或撕裂樣疼痛，病情持續(xù)時(shí)間長，嚴(yán)重影響患者日常生活[1-2]。（剩余3374字）
