格列美脲聯(lián)合二甲雙胍對(duì)老年糖尿病患者及其血脂的影響

【摘 要】目的：探究格列美脲聯(lián)合二甲雙胍對(duì)老年糖尿病患者及其血脂的影響。方法：2018年9月—2021年8月，從本院收治的老年糖尿病患者中選取80例，利用隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分兩組，各40例，對(duì)照組給予二甲雙胍治療，試驗(yàn)組給予格列美脲聯(lián)合二甲雙胍治療，比較兩組治療情況。結(jié)果：試驗(yàn)組治療總有效率為95.00%，高于對(duì)照組80.00%（P0.05）；兩組患者護(hù)理前TC、TG、LDL、HDL比較，差異較小，護(hù)理后兩組TC、TG、IDL低于護(hù)理前，HDL高于護(hù)理前（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of glimepiride and metformin on elderly diabetic patients and their blood lipids. Methods： 80 elderly patients with diabetes were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table. The control group was treated with metformin， and the experimental group was treated with glimepiride and metformin. The treatment of the two groups was compared. Results： The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%， which was higher than 80.00% in the control group（P0.05）.
