綜合護(hù)理方法在高血壓致眼底出血患者中的應(yīng)用效果觀察

【摘要】目的：探討綜合護(hù)理方法在高血壓致眼底出血患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取2018年1月—2021年10月我院收治的77例高血壓致眼底出血患者展開(kāi)研究，隨機(jī)分成兩組。對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采取綜合護(hù)理方法。觀察兩組的療效差異。結(jié)果：護(hù)理前，兩組的定期復(fù)診、服藥依從性、自我檢測(cè)、避免復(fù)發(fā)及求診意識(shí)評(píng)分無(wú)明顯差異（P>0.05），護(hù)理后，兩組高血壓致眼底出血患者的定期復(fù)診、服藥依從性、自我檢測(cè)、避免復(fù)發(fā)及求診意識(shí)評(píng)分均明顯升高（P

Observation on the application effect of comprehensive nursing method in patients with retinal hemorrhage caused by hypertension

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing method in patients with retinal hemorrhage caused by hypertension. Methods：A total of 77 patients with retinal hemorrhage caused by hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2021 were selected for research and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing， while the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The difference in curative effect between the two groups was observed.Results：Before nursing， there were no significant differences in the scores of regular follow-up visits， medication compliance， self-testing， recurrence avoidance， and awareness of seeking a doctor between the two groups（P>0.05）. 眼底出血是多種眼部疾病以及某些全身性疾病所共有的一種臨床表現(xiàn)，多因視網(wǎng)膜血管阻塞、高血壓、免疫功能異常、糖尿病引起，本病極易反復(fù)發(fā)作，容易引起新生血管性青光眼、增殖性視網(wǎng)膜病變等并發(fā)癥，甚至能引起網(wǎng)膜脫離而導(dǎo)致失明[1]。（剩余3164字）
