【摘要】目的：探析一次性根管在乳牙牙髓根尖周病中的作用及應(yīng)用方式。方法：選取2019年1月—2020年12月我院收治的700例乳牙牙髓根尖周病患兒，采用隨機數(shù)字表法將其分為兩組，對照組接受常規(guī)根管治療，觀察組采用一次性根管治療，比較兩組臨床療效、疼痛發(fā)生率及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果：與對照組比較，觀察組所獲療效明顯更高，疼痛發(fā)生率與不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯更低（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the role and application of disposable root canals in periapical disease of deciduous teeth. Methods： A total of 700 children with periapical disease of deciduous teeth and dental pulp who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.
