【Abstract】Objective： to analyze the effect of outpatient nursing on the compliance of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods： 200 elderly patients with hypertension were divided into 100 cases/group by coin throwing method. 高血壓是發(fā)病率極高的心血管內(nèi)科疾病，隨著年齡增長，各器官發(fā)生退行性改變，血管彈性減弱，導(dǎo)致小動脈對血液的阻力越來越大，引起血壓升高[1]，高血壓除和年齡有關(guān)外，還和飲食、活動、情緒等多種因素有關(guān)[2]，例如精神緊張、情緒波動、過度勞累、飲食不節(jié)等，都是高血壓的高危因素，需要及時控制血壓，降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生風(fēng)險。（剩余3182字）
