小兒高熱驚厥為兒科發(fā)生率較高的疾病，發(fā)高燒時(shí)體溫急驟升高且溫度>38度，一般情況下多在39度～40度；開始發(fā)熱后24h內(nèi)發(fā)生抽搐表現(xiàn)，抽搐后發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)熱癥狀[1-2]；抽搐多在發(fā)熱快速升高時(shí)發(fā)生，同時(shí)會(huì)在退燒時(shí)出現(xiàn)。（剩余3393字）
