護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)術(shù)中長(zhǎng)時(shí)間側(cè)臥位急性壓瘡形成的影響及滿意度分析

【摘要】目的：探討側(cè)臥位手術(shù)患者術(shù)中實(shí)施針對(duì)性干預(yù)方案對(duì)壓瘡的預(yù)防效果，以及對(duì)患者滿意度的提升效果。方法：將我院2021年1月—10月側(cè)臥位手術(shù)的84例患者按手術(shù)順序分組。單號(hào)為對(duì)照組，采取常規(guī)手術(shù)室護(hù)理；雙號(hào)為觀察組，術(shù)中針對(duì)性護(hù)理干預(yù)，對(duì)比兩組患者壓瘡發(fā)生情況以及滿意度評(píng)分。結(jié)果：對(duì)照組壓瘡發(fā)生率為16.67%，觀察組壓瘡發(fā)生率為4.76%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the prevention effect of targeted intervention program on pressure ulcers in patients undergoing lateral decubitus surgery and the improvement effect on patient satisfaction.
