【摘要】目的：分析品管圈活動對神經(jīng)外科護(hù)理質(zhì)量與患者護(hù)理滿意度的干預(yù)價值。方法：選擇的研究對象是2020年1月—12月在本院神經(jīng)外科治療的100例患者，筆者根據(jù)為患者開展護(hù)理方式的不同劃分成實驗組（品管圈活動護(hù)理，50例）與參照組（常規(guī)神經(jīng)外科護(hù)理，50例），比較兩組護(hù)理質(zhì)量與患者護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果：實驗組的專科護(hù)理技能、護(hù)理態(tài)度、環(huán)境護(hù)理與心境護(hù)理等評分均高于參照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： to analyze the intervention value of quality control circle activities on neurosurgical nursing quality and patient nursing satisfaction. Methods： the selected subjects were 100 patients treated in neurosurgery in our hospital from January to December 2020.
