Abstract:ThehistoryofwheatcultivationinHunancanbetracedbacktotheHanDynastyorevenearlier,andtheproductionareas aremainlydistributedintheDongtingLakeareaandthewestofXuefengMountains.Hunanisoneoftheearliestprovincesinthe countrytocautheatresearchiangi1,ingi2Xiang3iangi1iangi3ndoherwelloti havebeenbredsccsivelyandthetwo-linemethodsingwheathterosistchologyhasbeenfirstcreated,hichaslaeda positiverole inpromoting thedevelopmentofwheat productionandbredingnewvarietiesresistantoFusariumheadblight.What's more,Hunanhasmadegreatprogressintheresearchonwheatderivativefuntions,providingtechicalsupportforthedevelopment ofrelated industries,andanumberofdeepprocessing industryprojectsusing wheatasrawmaterialsarebecominganewdrivingforce forthe developmentofHunan's grain industryHowever,Hunanstillfaces some problems indevelopigwheatproduction,suchas insufcientscientificandtecnologicalsupport,unreasonableplantinglayoutandbackwardcultivationmanagementLookingforward tothefuture,uastillstaseiestintifeah,tainpoesaltifeahtiy outtheselectionandbreedingofnewwheatvarietieswithhighqualityandresistancetoFusariumheadbligt,plantunifedwheat varietiesithesmegion,andforulateprodctionstandardsintedvelopmentofhatproduction,andeateanetionin the development of Hunan's grain industry with open ideas and innovative thinking.
