Abstract:Largeprecisioninstrumentsincludinggaschromatographsaredifcult toachievefieldrapiddeterminationofcyalothrin residues ntobacco leavesaftercuring.Inviewof tis problem,thisstudyuseda portable near-infraredspectrometer to predict the cyhalothrinresidues intobaccoleaves aftercuring.Firstly,thespectrumofstackedtobacoleaves after curing wascollected,nd thenthechemometricssoftwareCPMwasused to modelandevaluate thedatacolected bytheportablespectrometer.Finally,te application effectof the model was evaluated.The spectrumofsixstackedtobacoleaves werecolected bythenine-point method undertheconditionsofindorsatroomtempeatureandpretreatedbyCPMtroughfirstorderderivativespectra.Theoptimalodel was established via UVE wavelength variable selection and the partial least squares method.The established model showed the coefficientofeteinationootmeansqareerorofalbrationrootmeansquaredrofossvalidation,andootmeanared erorofpredictig0926,019,045,d80spctilysultsicatedattearfaedsectroodel can be used for predicting cyhalothrin residues in tobacco leaves after curing.
