Abstract：ThisstudyaimstoclarifythequalitystylesoftobacogrownatdifferentaltitudesinHuidongCountyLiagshan Prefecture，Sichuan Province.The fue-cured tobacco variety 'Yunyan 87'was grownat three altitudes：T1（ ，T2 and T3 （ in Huidong County. The appearance quality， physical properties， chemical composition，and sensory quality of flue-curedtobaccosamplesatdiferentaltitudeswerecomparedandanalyzedtoexploretheinfluencesofdifferentaltitudesonthe qualitystyleof tobacco.Theresultsshowed thattheappearancequalityandsensoryqualityoftobaccosamples werethe highestin T1treatment，moderateinTtreatment，andthelowestinT3treatmentThechemicalcomponentsof tobacosamplesinandT3 treatmentsbasicallmetthestandards，whiletoseinT2treatmentshowedpoorperformanceinmeetingthestandards.Ovealte comprehensive quality of tobacco samples was good at the altitude of 1 8 0 0 m ， moderate at 2 0 0 0 m ， and poor at 2 2 0 0 m Kev words：flue-cured tobacco： altitude： qualitv stvle： tobacco qualitv： Huidong.
