Abstract：Jasmonicacid （JA）isanimportant endogenous phytohormoneregulating plantgrowth.Itisubiquitousihigherplants， regulatingplantdefensesagaistboticandabioticstreses.ispaperreviestheresearchprogressinJAregardingtheiostsis， signaltransductionpathways，androlesinregulatingplantresponsestobioticandabioticstresses.Furthermore，thispaperakesan outlookonthutureresearchdirectionandapplicationofJ，aiming togiveinsightsintoteresearchonthephysiologicalolsofJA in plants and the application of JA in agricultural production.

茉莉酸（jasmonicacid，JA）是一類重要的脂類衍生物植物內(nèi)源激素，包括游離態(tài)的JA及茉莉酸甲酯（MethylJasmonate，MeJA）茉莉酸-氨基酸［如，茉莉酸異亮氨酸（JA-lle）]等JA生物和活性前體物質(zhì)12-氧-植物二烯酸（12-oxo-phytodienoicacid，OPDA），統(tǒng)稱為茉莉酸類化合物，簡稱“茉莉素（JAs）。（剩余14376字）
