Abstract:With the transgenic maize carrying C r y I A b and thatcarrying Vip3Aa20 asdonors, Cry1Ab and Vip3Aa20 were introduced intothemaizecutivarXianda90l'byrossbreeding.Theesistanceofinsect-resistantransgenicmaizetoSodopterafrgiperdwas evaluatedbyinvitrotisseboassayandthecontentofexogenousproteiswasdeteredbyee-linkedimmunosobntaay Theresultsofbioassayandproteidetectionconfirmedeachother.Theresultsshowedthattransgenic'Xianda90l'stablyexpreed exogenousproteinsCryAbandVip3Aa2OathighlevelsinalltssuesatallstagesandhadstronglethaleffectonS.frugiperda, demonstratingapromising commercial application prospect.
