一種C型儲(chǔ)罐預(yù)冷流程的優(yōu)化方式

摘 要:天然氣船舶是近年來的主流綠色船舶,需求量大幅增加。本文針對(duì)目前C型LNG儲(chǔ)罐加注較慢的問題,通過預(yù)冷流程和時(shí)間分析,創(chuàng)新并實(shí)踐了一種迅速預(yù)冷儲(chǔ)罐,達(dá)到加注溫度的方法,與目前常用的預(yù)冷流程對(duì)比,具有加注時(shí)間短費(fèi)用低的效果,并在某型液貨船上成功應(yīng)用。

An Optimization Method for Pre-cooling Process
of Type C Storage Tank

Abstract: Natural gas carriers are the mainstream green ships built in recent years, with significant increase in demand. In this paper, to solve the problem of rather slowly filling into Type C storage tank at present, we have invented a new method and practiced to precool the tank quickly through analysis of the precooling process and time, so as to obtain a method for filling temperature. In comparison with the precooling process currently in use, it has the effect of short filling time and low cost, which is successfully used in a LPG carrier.
