摘 要:本文分析了傳統(tǒng)板材半自動(dòng)化切割的工藝流程和要素,結(jié)合關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的能力與智能化技術(shù)的發(fā)展需求,形成了板材智能切割工藝的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)及相應(yīng)工藝要素,提出了面向智能制造的板材切割方案和新流程。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the process flow and elements of traditional semi-automatic plate cutting, points out the key links and corresponding process elements of the intelligent plate cutting process in combination with the ability of key equipment and the development requirements of intelligent technology, and puts forward the plate cutting scheme and new process for intelligent manufacturing.
