摘    要：本文闡述了船舶纜機(jī)剎車裝置的工作原理、結(jié)構(gòu)及其安裝特點(diǎn)，通過對(duì)某輪纜機(jī)剎車裝置修理后出現(xiàn)打滑的問題進(jìn)行剖析，找到剎車鋼帶貼合不良的的原因，對(duì)修理工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化與改進(jìn)，并推廣應(yīng)用于同類項(xiàng)目，為后續(xù)同類工程修理提供了指導(dǎo)。

Improvement on Repair Technology of Marine

Cable Winch Brake Device

Abstract： This paper describes the working principle， structure and installation characteristics of the marine cable winch brake device. Through the analysis of the problem of skid after repair of  a  cable winch brake device， it finds the reasons for poor adhesion of the brake steel belt ， optimizes and improves the repair process， and promotes the application for similar projects， and provides guidance for the subsequent engineering repair.
