某平臺主推進(jìn)器液壓系統(tǒng)高溫問題的分析與處理

摘 要:本文針對某平臺主推進(jìn)器液壓系統(tǒng)液壓油高溫問題,開展液壓系統(tǒng)特性及問題分析和原因排查,并在原有設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)上,提出了對原有系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)影響較小的解決方案,有效地解決了問題。對船舶液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和調(diào)試具有一定的參考意義。

Analysis and Solution of High Temperature Problem in Hydraulic System of the Platform Main Propeller

Abstract: This paper aims at the hydraulic oil high temperature problem of hydraulic system of the main propeller of a platform,and conducts the characteristics and problems analysis of the hydraulic system & cause investigation, and on the basis of the original equipment, puts forward one solution that is less impact on the improvement of the original system. This solution has effectively solved the problem. It has certain reference significance to the design and commissioning of the marine hydraulic system.
