AbstractTheFirstAfliatedHospitalofNanchangUniversityconductedaDa VinciXirobot-aistedinflatablemediastinoscopic esophagectoyonJuly1，2O19.Anoldman with“progressivedysphagiafor2months”arivedat thehospital.Electronicgastroscopy andbiopsywereperformedonthepatientafteradmission，andthpathologevealedsquamouscellcarcomaof theesopagus.After completingtepreoperativeamiationbotasstediflatablediastioscoicesopagetoywasperfored.Tepetioent smoothly，with a total operative time of 395 min and intraoperative blood loss of about 1 5 0 m L .The patient had a good postoperative recoveryandwasdischargedfromhehospitalonthe6thdayaftersurgerywithnocomplicationssuchashoarsenessandanastomotic fistula within 1 month after surgery.
