AbstractTianjinChestHospitalofTianjinUniversitycompletedacaseofdorsalsegmentalresectionofthelowerlobeofteightlung withtheEdgeMulti-ortEndospicurgicalRobotosucsfullnJaary0224.Thesurgerywentsmootlyiod rotationcestopeningandnougtsuemisinjury.ThetotalopertiotieasO5min，machineprepaationtieas17isien obtainingtimewas57mi，ndperationtimewas88min.Lymphnodedissectionwentsmoothlywitoutpersistentbledingadthere was noairleakgeintheungecruitmentmaneuver.Postoperatively，tepatienthadnbvioussubcutaneousphysea，nooal incisionpain，andascoreof3ontheVisualAnalogScaleforain.Techestdrainwasremovedonthe3rdpostoperativedayandthe woundhealedwellwitoutwoundinfection.Pathologicfindingsshowedaninvasiveonmucinousadenocarcinomainthedorsalgent ofthelowerlobeoftghtungadtepatientasdisargedfroteospialotethstoprativedy.Thesucesfuloletion ofthesurgeryisedemoatesteslityfetydacomsotsinedofgotioe prospectivestudies withlargesamplesandlong-termfolowupdataareneededtovalidateteeficacyandsafetyofthedomesticrobotic surgical system.
