Application of lower limb rehabilitation robot combined with intermediate frequency pulse therapy device in stroke patients with ankle motor dysfunction

AbstractObjective：Toanalyzetheapplicationefectoflowerlimbrehabiliationrobotcombinedwithintermediatefrequncypulse therapydeviceinstrokepatients withanklemotordysfunction.Methods：12Ostrokepatientswho weretreatedintheDepartment of Rehabilitation Medicine，thePeople'sHospitalofXinjiang Uygur AutonomousRegionfromJanuary2O23 to January2024 were selectedandrandomlydividedintotheobservationgroupandthecontrolgroup，with6Ocasesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupeeived intermediatefrequencypulseterapydevicetreatment，whiletheobservationgroupreceiedaddionallowerlimbrehabiltatiorobot assistedtreamentasdothontroloupAnkleangeofotiouscletregthalancebiltqualityfifendatiactie comparedbetweenthetwogroupsResults：After8eksofintervetion，othgoupssowedincreasedankledorsiflexionandplatar flexionangles，aualMuscleTest（M）ors，ergBalanceScale（BBcorsadGenericQualityofLifeIventory74（GQO4） scorescompardtooseforeintevetionesevaongoupshoedgificantlyeteroutomsinallforementoedicato compared to the control group （ P<0 . 0 5 ） .The satisfaction rate in the observation group was also higher than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion：Thecombinationoflowerlimbrehabilitationrobotandintermediatefrequencypulsetherapydevicecanmoreffectively improveanklemotorfunctioninstrokepatients，enhancetheirqualityoflifeandachievehigherpatientsatisfactionandregition， making itworthyof clinical promotion.
